How do the panels arrive?

The exterior wall panels are shipped in boxes, with two pieces in a box. Each panel is 300cm long, by 19.2cm wide.

How long will it take to receive my wall panelling order?

We value your time and aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All of our wall panels are held in stock in our Christchurch warehouse and are shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order. If a product is on pre-order, this will be clearly stated on the product page so you can plan accordingly.

Is there a delivery charge?

We're proud to offer free, nationwide shipping across New Zealand for our wall panelling range. Whether you're located in Christchurch, Westport, Auckland, or anywhere in between, we've got you covered.

What is your return and exchanges policy?

At WVH®, you have 30 days to return your wall panelling order, provided the box remains unopened. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team, who will guide you through the process. Ensure you have your order number and details handy for a smooth procedure. How do I install the panels?

We recommend installing the cladding on batons with a small gap at the bottom, to allow for proper drainage. Please refer to the installation video and guide for in-depth installation guidance.

Which surfaces can I install the panels on?

You can mount the panels on all surfaces including brick, concrete and plasterboard. We recommend wherever possible, to install battens on this surface first.

Can the panels be used outside?

Yes! The panels are designed for exterior and interior use.

Can the panels be used in a bathroom or kitchen?

Of course! The Exterior panels are designed for outdoor use, but can be used in damp and high-heat interior spaces.

How do I hide the edges of the panels?

You are welcome to use a corner trim to hide the edge of the panels, or you can butt up an additional panel on the end to hide the thickness of the battens used.

How do I install around plug sockets, windows, and other wall-mounted items?

You can cut the panels around these spaces, but please be aware if you are installing the panels on battens, the sockets will be recessed, and addional fixings may be required to make this flush.

Do you produce custom panel sizes or designs?

We do not currently offer the panels in custom sizes; however, we have designed them to be easily cut if you need smaller. They also join together seamlessly if you need bigger.

How to install

Check our install video or follow the steps below to assemble your panels with ease, it will take you less than you think.

The WVH® panel range has been designed to be installed with ease.

Installing these panels is a breeze. They can be seamlessly cut to your desired size, making them perfect for any project. The tongue and groove edges are designed to hide fixings, ensuring a sleek and polished finish. When installing outdoors, or in damp environments, we recommend installing the panels on batons, to allow any moisture to escape with ease. For further installation guidance, we recommend watching our installation video, and referring to our Technical Sheet

Step 1.

First, fix the joists at a 450mm interval to the wall with expansion screws. The spacing between two adjacent screws should be 500mm.
Step 2.

Fix the first piece of wall cladding board on the joists with coloured screws. Note that the screws should be installed in the slot of the tongue.
Step 3.

Secure the cladding board completely by using self-drilling screws to fix it to the joists. The screws should be installed in the groove of the cladding.
Step 4.

Join the second piece of cladding board to the first one. Fix it to the joists with self- drilling screws.
Step 5.

To properly finish the corner, the joists are to be flush with each other respectively and fix them with screws.
Step 6.

Finish the installation by getting the rest installed in the same manner.
