Shipping policy

 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 business hours with live tracking.

Orders of in-stock products will be processed and dispatched within 48 business hours, and please allow up to 14 days for delivery, although we aim to have your order to you as quickly as possible. You will be notified when your order is dispatched and provided with a tracking number through the courier.

Promotional periods of Free Shipping:

During these promotional periods where free shipping is offered, free shipping applies to deliveries within the New Zealand North and South Islands’ mainlands only. This offer does not extend to offshore islands.

IMPORTANT: Please read the note below: 

If the ticket number does not work immediately it means the parcel is yet to be scanned by the courier. Please try again in a few hours or if its the weekend, the next business day.

Please make arrangements that someone is home to sign for the receipt of the parcel - you can ring your local depot to get an approximate time the parcel will be delivered.

We do not recommend giving the carrier 'authority to leave" (for example; leaving by the garage as you will not be home). If you select this option and your consignment is damaged, the carrier will not take any responsibility. Please make sure you are there to receive the consignment, or collect it from their depot, or re-deliver to a work address.

When the parcel arrives, carefully check the exterior of your consignment for damage. If damage is visible or you are unsure please sign for the consignment but print on the consignment form - received damaged.

We recommend unpacking your parcel completely within twenty-four hours of arrival to do further checks for damage. No claims can be accepted unless we are notified within twenty-four hours of receiving the goods.

Failure to do this may mean that any damage to your order is your own responsibility.
